What we do
The guiding principle for our organization is the Civil Rights act of 1964 which includes voting rights, public accommodations, desecration of public facilities, public education, non-discrimination in federally assisted programs, and equal employment opportunity. All complaints must be under the purview of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

The Legal Redress Committee shall:
Investigate all cases reported to it
Supervise all litigation in which the Unit is interested
Keep the National Office and the Branch informed on the progress of every case. It
Shall not give general legal advice.
